Negotiating The Future

A National Co-Op of Research, Data, Experience, and Innovation.

First you see what you see and hear.

Second you see what you hope for and fear.

Third you see what is real and clear.

Fourth you create the future.

Let’s create our future together.

Called by God, with a purpose. Equipped by God for a mission. Empowered by faith in Jesus Christ.

I currently serve as an Area Commander for The Salvation Army in Lee, Henry, Glade Counties, has been an officer of The Salvation Army for 28 years.

For 15 years, I have focused on reducing the days of homelessness experienced, resulting in narrative and behavioral resourcing. Creating a focus on life navigation coaching, we encourage systems to increase hospitality, self-determination, and safe, attainable, and sustainable housing.

A great honor of fellowship and appreciative inquiry allowed a master’s degree in public administration at Harvard University.

Most recently, I maximize what I do not know as a catalyst to the American Enterprise Institute Housing Center. The Good Neighbors Success Sequence is our most recent work. Good Neighbors includes the development of a new national index of housing and homeless sector data, the Good Neighbors Index. What an amazing adventure it is to connect this significant investment in cities, through policy makers and The Salvation Army, around the country.

Additionally, I have had the privilege to give guidance to WellSky in the creation of LIFNAV Connect (Community Mobile Service). LIFNAV Connect is the first nationally available end-user mobile app that encourages self-resolution to housing problems.

The greatest achievement is my greatest blessing I have been married for 28 years to Sue Frizzell.

Together, we enjoy our three granddaughters, Jacklyn, Faye, and Cailyn, gifts from our two children, Canaan and Hallie.

Negotiating a future for families.

Reflecting the quality of community in the lives of others increases the quality of life of us all.

AI _ Under the Sun

The thing that has been is that which will be, and that which is done is that which will be done, and there is no new thing under the sun.

Is there anything where it may be said? See, is this new? It has already been of old time, which was before us.

There is no remembrance of former things.

All that is old may be made new with AI. AI is in use. CHAT GPT Reflective Generative AI is our preferred model.
